A free-standing bedhead is one which stands alone behind your bedbase and does not require any fittings, fixtures, brackets or drilling to hold it in place. The weight of your bed holds it against the wall and secures it in place.
All BedNest bedheads stand on plastic glides to protect the base - these become invisible once the bedbase is in place.
In order for your free-standing bedhead to sit flush against the wall we can even make a cut-out in the frame to fit your skirting board if it is deeper than 2.5cms.

Wall-mounting options are available but we have found that the flexibility and simplicity of our free-standing bedheads is the most practical and popular solution.
